Marvering in the Color

Once the glass regains its fluidity, the artist brings the glass back over to the marver. Rolling the glass on the steel combines both the color and clear glass and creates a smooth mass, which the artist can work with. The artist takes this last opportunity to shape the glass in preparation for another gather.
